The short version

  • Subpool is free to start. Premium renews until you cancel.
  • Pool’s suggestions are helpful information, not financial advice.
  • We don’t keep receipts or statements you upload. They’re deleted as soon as they’re read.
  • You’re in charge of your subscriptions. We help, but we don’t cancel them for you.
  • The Subpool Card has its own terms when it launches.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Rengised Limited for your use of the Subpool app and website. By using Subpool, you agree to them.

2. Your account

You need to be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Receipts and statements you upload

Only upload documents that are yours to share. We use them for one thing: finding your subscriptions. Each file is deleted as soon as it’s been read, and we don’t keep copies. See our privacy policy for details.

4. Plans and payment

Free is free. Premium is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play, and renews automatically until you cancel in your store settings.

5. Free trials and cancelling

We remind you two days before a trial ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

6. Pool isn’t financial advice

Pool and our savings figures are based on the information you give us and our price catalogue. They may not be complete or up to date. Check the provider’s terms before you change a plan.

7. The Subpool Card

The card isn’t available yet. When it launches, it will be issued by a regulated partner under separate terms you’ll agree to first.

8. Using Subpool fairly

Don’t misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Subpool accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

10. Changes and contact
